I am a postdoctoral researcher at Universität Trier with the chair of Modern Philosophy (Prof. Kristina Engelhard). I am Research Fellow in the DFG project Inductive Metaphysics and I am part of the Trier Kant Research Centre.
From 2017 to 2021, I have been a PhD candidate in Philosophy at the University of Edinburgh, supervised by Prof. Michela Massimi and Prof. Alix Cohen (defended in May 2021). My PhD thesis ("Kant and the Systematicity of Nature. The Regulative Use of Reason in the Critique of Pure Reason") was part of the ERC project Perspectival Realism. Science, Knowledge, and Truth from a Human Vantage Point. Link to download my thesis.
My research is focused on Kant, the philosophy of science, and metaphysics. Here is my PhilPeople profile.
My paper "Regulative Idealization: A Kantian Approach to Idealized Models" received the 2022 Wilfrid Sellars Prize and has been published in Studies in History and Philosophy of Science (link). Here is my CV.
